Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> My arrow-shaped nose drooping was much worse from the side than it looked from the front, so I barely managed to find a front-facing photo, but I don’t have any side-profile photos at allㅠㅠ That’s honestly how stressed I was about it, but one month after getting non-implant rhinoplasty, this is the first time I’ve gone out of my way to take a side-profile photo. Honestly, even to my own eyes, the droopy look has completely disappeared and my nose looks more defined, so I think I really like that part. The materials used were autologous costal cartilage and postauricular fascia, and no other artificial implants were used at all. I wanted a natural look too, so the doctor also suggested doing it without implants. I think the fact that the doctor’s preferred style? and what I was looking for matched well may have contributed to the result. Everyone, when you’re looking into nose surgery clinics, instead of doctors who try to just follow trends, I think it’s better to find a doctor who consults based on what suits you… You’ll get a feel for this once you go to consultations. A doctor who consults based on what suits you will accurately tell you whether something is necessary or not, even if you ask about things you heard at other clinics. Even though a lot of people get rhinoplasty, it’s not an easy surgery, so I think it’s good to check that kind of information yourself when deciding which clinic to have surgery at!
