It’s day 5, and the bruising is gradually moving downward. The left side is worse than the right. My nose is still constantly blocked, and my runny nose keeps dripping. I’ll continue using warm compresses and drinking pumpkin juice ~~ Ah, today I’m thinking of going for a light walk too~
