<After double eyelid surgery><Before double eyelid surgery>I originally didn’t have epicanthal folds either (there was a slight fold on the right side, but not on the left) and my eyes were already open-looking, but when I got double eyelid surgery, they told me to get epicanthoplasty too, so I did.. The fold on the right seems to have gotten longer, and the left looks like pigmentation? The right side is okay, but the left side stresses me out so much because it looks dark, and from far away it looks exactly like an epicanthal fold. But is that even a location related to epicanthoplasty? Could there be a possibility that it has nothing to do with epicanthoplasty at all? If it’s pigmentation, can it be treated at a dermatology clinic too?
