I had injection treatment and then surgery, but maybe it depends on the person; in my case, I developed inflammation right after surgeryㅜㅜ They said that after just 10 days they would do another columellar incision and remove the silicone, but when they opened it up, they said it looked okay, so they didn’t remove it, lowered the silicone, and shaved the autologous costal cartilage ㅡㅡ My nasal tip became distorted because of the inflammation After that, it kept swelling, the nasal tip kept feeling tight, it swelled often, and I got pimples on my noseㅡㅡ The condition wasn’t good. They said they would provide AS, but they said they needed to add dermis from the buttock ㅡㅡ I already used autologous costal cartilage, and removing dermis too is too muchㅡㅡ I’m scared, so I’m thinking about whether to do it or not
