Maybe because I’m a student the person at the desk was especially unfriendly only to me and didn’t even look at me, so I felt bad, but the person who performed the procedure was polite and started by explaining who they were, which made me trust them. It’s an obvious thing, but lol At other places, I’ve had procedures without even seeing the doctor’s face, so this looked good to me..
