They are kind, but it is a factory-style clinic where staff provide the consultation. I came up from the provinces and only received the one-time trial, and the event price I was quoted is as above. It is not bad for getting standard toning laser-type procedures. However, I think it would be hard to recommend if you want a meticulous procedure performed by a specialist. I recommend Toning V Genesis.
