The director has a very friendly style and made me feel comfortable. The line they designed for me was pretty too. They tend to accept everything except the things they advise against among what I said I wanted, so when I asked about things like canthoplasty and ptosis correction, they said I didn’t have to do them, but they were optional. It felt a bit like it changed depending on how I worded things? The clinic is appointment-only, so there was no waiting, which was really nice, and the manager was very, very kind. I made a reservation because the same-day discount excluded VAT, then canceled later, and even then they guided me kindly. It was a clinic I considered until the very end.
