After entropion surgery, I could see a slight tendency toward ectropion, but after the stitches were removed it seemed okay, so I just left it alone. But suddenly, about a month later, the area around the lacrimal gland started to slowly get red and swollen, and the ectropion got worse. My eye is also so dry right now that I feel like I’m going crazy. For now, I made an appointment at a university hospital, but I can’t tell whether the lacrimal gland swelled because my eye is dry due to lower eyelid ectropion, or whether there’s a problem around the lacrimal gland and the swelling is making the ectropion look worse. Has anyone experienced this, by any chance?ㅜ
