Day 4 after natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery.

Before<Before surgery><Day 4 after surgery>As I’m approaching my 40s, opening my eyes has become very tiring and I started getting headaches. I went to an ophthalmology clinic and asked, and they said my dry eye syndrome was severe, so treating that should help somewhat, but it didn’t get better at all. The ophthalmology clinic did say I had mild ptosis. I originally had monolids and had never thought about double-eyelid surgery, but even after treating the dryness, opening my eyes was so painful that I had surgery.

Because my dryness is severe, my eyes are the type that would need incision + medial epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction, but considering the functional aspect, we took a conservative approach and I only had natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery.

After surgery, these are the first day, third day, and fourth day. There is still swelling and bruising.. I’ll have to keep watching, but I’m waiting while trusting the director and thinking it will turn out well.

I worried a lot because my impression became sharp, but my husband said it’s getting better than the first day and told me not to worry... so I’m taking comfort in that! I hope the swelling in the thick upper eyelid tissue goes down quickly~~~
