I had it done in 2007, so it has now been almost 20 years. I did it right after finishing the college entrance exam. My nose was small, so I only put silicone in the nasal bridge, and no one knows I had surgery, so I’ve been living fine. However, now I wonder if the silicone has come down all the way to the nasal tip, and it feels like there isn’t much skin left, so I’m gradually considering revision surgery
