I had the mouth corner procedure with Director Lee at Loren about 3 or 4 years ago, and it left a lot of scars, so I still cover it with concealer even now. It became asymmetrical, so when I went back, they said it was originally asymmetrical and couldn't be fixed, and told me to "fix my skin instead." I was deeply hurt and went home ㅜㅠ I had revision surgery somewhere else... Even now, those words remain a trauma.
