I knew it was a problem from the first year after getting it done I had silicone and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but maybe the cartilage clumped up? I can feel the cartilage sharply at the tip of my nose, and it feels like it’s sticking out, so the shape isn’t pretty. As time passed, the nasal tip drooped too, so it’s slightly hooked....... haha But since 10 years have already passed, I feel like it’s almost become one with me. Spending several million won to take my whole nose apart just to lift the tip a little again is so scary... But it’s hooked lolololol It’s really difficult
