Male eye correction, epicanthoplasty

I'm a man. I had eye correction and epicanthoplasty, (at first, rhinoplasty was also included, but the day before or the day before that, I said I didn't want to do it after all, so I said I wanted to leave out the nose surgery, but they yelled at me,,) The epicanthoplasty turned out naturally and satisfactorily,

but the eye correction came out looking like sausage eyes, and I had a retouch (revision surgery) one year later. The line on my left eye was much thicker than on my right eye, and I felt both sides were too burdensome, and on the day of the revision surgery they marked the crease, I asked if they could make it lower than this, but they said if it were lower than that, wouldn't it not show at all?

Maybe because I was young? I thought that, and after the surgery the line was still thick, but they said to wait another six months, yet it's still thick and uncomfortable. When my friends see my bare face, they say it looks too much and tell me not to look at it,.,.

I feel like the explanation was lacking and they didn't reflect my opinions at all.
