BeforeBeforeAfterAfterAfterAfterHello, it’s been 1 year since I had two types of facial contouring, fat grafting, and dual canthoplasty at 345! (I had square jaw and chin tip surgery with Director BJR, and anterior cheek fat grafting plus posterior and lower canthoplasty with Director SYS!)
Since I had large bones and no facial fat since I was young, my impression looked strong, so I looked up a lot of reviews. 345 had a lot of reviews, and after seeing the directors’ experience, I immediately had a consultation and decided on surgery!
Until the first month after surgery, it was a period when I had to be careful, so I worked really hard on basic care (compresses, facial compression band, disinfection, walking), and around months two to three, I think I went about daily life without much trouble. I didn’t have much swelling and it went down quickly, so I didn’t take any separate swelling medication. From 5 months onward, I could eat hard foods like squid without difficulty, and after that I’ve been living the same daily life as before surgeryㅎㅎ From month 6, the residual swelling really goes down fast. My eyes were really hard because of conjunctival edema ㅠㅠ Once the stitches were removed, it did go down right away. Even then, I diligently did cold and warm compresses and applied ointmentㅎㅎ The fat grafting also turned out naturally with no foreign-body sensation.
Now there’s really almost no swelling, so friends I haven’t seen in a while often ask if I lost weight and say I got prettier ㅎㅎ It turned out naturally, so I’m just living while pretending I lost weight, but if I don’t say anything, nobody knows!? I’m so satisfied that if I went back to before and was asked whether I’d do it or not, I think I’d definitely do it again. I’m so so so satisfied. Thank you so much to the doctors♡♡♡
