But after various recommendations, the nasal dorsum ended up sunken... and the nasal tip became a sharp inverted triangle, and even the nose line looked crooked from the front.
As time passed, the fat between the nasal dorsum and nasal tip sank even more, and because my runny nose was difficult to deal with, I decided to get functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis and try to fix only the bumpy line, so I had it done at Avec Plastic Surgery.
They recommended ear cartilage and dermis without an implant. During recovery, I was a bit stressed because of swelling around the nasal bridge, but maybe because I managed it with warm compresses and swelling medication, now it seems like only minor swelling remains. I’m happiest that the bumpy part when viewed from the side of the nasal bridge has become straight.
There is still slight internal swelling and pain, but I think it will gradually get better. They said the nostril shape will align again too.. I’m relieved that the scar is also clean.
I like that they naturally touched up only the parts I wanted. They said it’s a hospital everyone in the know knows, and when I went around for consultations, the consultation quality was the best. They were professional and confident, and even after thinking about it dozens of times, I think I made the right choice.
