I was really surprised by the hospital facilities. Maybe because I had been to other hospitals that were shiny and polished, but this place really felt like an old cafe? The staff member at the front desk was so unfriendly, and the consultant was really pushy about the reservation deposit. I felt like I was being interrogated during the consultation. The director was easygoing, and as I had heard, understood the facial issues well, but the price is too expensive. I do want to get the surgery, but I don’t want to do it while being treated like that, so I’m conflicted.
