Has anyone had effects from pulling in the philtrum after nose surgery
that went all the way to the temporomandibular joint?
The nasal asymmetry is one thing, but the columella is crooked,
and I am currently 2 months post-op from nose surgery. The pulling in my philtrum started from week 3, the philtrum angle became slightly crooked, and my jaw also started to shift slightly, so it feels like my whole face is starting to become asymmetric... Where should I go to get examined for this? I have a CT scan taken while I was consulting at other plastic surgery clinics before surgery, and I also have a recent CT taken at an ENT clinic. Where should I go to have them analyzed? I don't think a local ENT clinic would be able to judge it... Other plastic surgery clinics flat-out reject me, saying I can only have a consultation after 6 months post-op... It feels like my face is gradually becoming more crooked and strain is about to come to my temporomandibular joint? One side of my jaw feels somewhat strained. Can this kind of thing happen after nose surgery? It is so hard that, far from trying to determine causality, I desperately just want to quickly remove the threads that were suspended on the septum for columella improvement and things like that. What should I do? The clinic where I had surgery only keeps guaranteeing that it may improve if I wait 6 months, but even 2 months has been agony, and now my jaw is being affected too. Will this really go back if I just wait blindly? The symptoms seem to be getting worse and worse... If I can't endure this and have them removed at my request, and my facial asymmetry still doesn't go back?...
