I have a hump nose with some nasal bridge height, a bulbous nose, and stress over my rounded nasal tip. But I absolutely didn’t want implants, wanted to preserve my septal cartilage as it is, and had the mindset that there would absolutely be no revision surgery in my life, so I looked into several places and had a consultation here too. The director gave a detailed consultation, talked about the surgical method, and answered questions well throughout. They showed me results from someone with a nose shape similar to mine who had done it this way, so I started wanting to do it. So I’m scheduled for surgery in a month haha. I’ll come back with a review
