I went because they said functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery could be done together, but the director's consultation felt a bit casual and the explanation was not very thorough, so I was more disappointed than I expected. The consultant was kind, and maybe because functional nose surgery can be claimed through actual-expense insurance, even though it was my first surgery, the estimate came out high.
