The surgery itself didn’t go badly, but there isn’t a huge change from my original nose. The director seems to have a very specific preferred style, so even though I brought photos to show during the consultation, it feels like he just did it the way he usually does. If the nose you want is different from the doctor’s style, I recommend another hospital.
