I went because my bulbous nose got even worse after bulbous nose surgery, and they seemed really sincere about bulbous noses. But I am hesitant because I am not sure how they can refine the nasal tip using only cartilage. Looking at the reviews, it seems they have been treating bulbous noses for a long time. I think I need to look into it more
