After the first surgery, the silicone started to show through very, very slightly + it looked crooked, so I immediately had revision surgery After the second surgery, I can breathe well, and although I'm upset that the nasal tip is gradually dropping, I've just been living with it Is it called the columella? That area has dropped, and when I touch it, it sticks out in a bulgeㅜㅜ And it's still slightly crooked to one side. But unless I take photos, it isn't visible to the naked eye, so I'm trying to just let it be
1. Is it okay to leave the protruding columella as it is? 2. When I smile, the nasal tip stays fixed but only the nostrils/alar area go up, so it becomes a droopy, arrow-like nose and looks a bit strange. Maybe it's more noticeable because my nose is on the smaller side.. (I did also raise the corners of my mouth more excessively when taking the photo)
