Before before after afterIt had been quite a while since my rhinoplasty, and for my first nose surgery, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone were used. My nose gradually felt like it was becoming crooked and shorter, and my face looked very different depending on which side I was viewed from, so I got revision rhinoplasty I knew it would be difficult to make facial symmetry 100%, but the degree was too severe… lol I also wanted the shortened nose length to be extended again
Since it was a revision surgery, I went to many other hospitals for nose consultations, and among the hospitals I visited, I felt that private clinics or small hospitals checked the design more meticulously At Lowell Plastic Surgery, they took a CT and shaped the design, and I liked that the most, so now it has already been 2 weeks since surgery haha! They told me to think between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, and because I really hoped this would be the last time, I chose autologous costal cartilage. After doing it, I think I was right to choose autologous costal cartilage haha It has only been 2 weeks, but what I like most is the front view! It’s not easy for the front view to change dramatically after nose surgery, but when I see it in person, I can feel better that the crooked nose and short nose were corrected, so I like itㅠ I think the shortened nose has improved a lot too, and doing alar reduction together was also bb At the place where I had surgery before, when I revisited, I only saw the consultant and it was hard to see the director, but here, when I visit, the director personally checks me, which I also like. I guess this is why people say private clinics are private clinics haha The director says the surgery really turned out well, but since it’s not yet the time when things are definitely settled, I’m going to watch a bit more and post a review! Online research and in-person visits were all exhausting, but I feel proud because it seems like I got over a big hurdle lol ha
