But the cancellation policy says this. Does this mean it's non-refundable or refundable...? **Deposit refunds and substitution with procedures are not possible, including for personal reasons.

**On Saturdays, schedule changes, cancellations, and deposit refunds are not possible.

**If the scheduled surgery date is [after 3 months] from the deposit payment date: A reservation change is possible once only within 3 months from the deposit payment date, and after changing the reservation, the deposit cannot be refunded. After 3 months have passed since depositing the reservation fee, refunds are not possible for any reason. **Refunds are possible only if you visit in person with the physical card during the refundable period. (If the card is lost, suspended, or cancelled, refunds are not possible)
