I got the eye marble injection 3 times, and compared with before, the fat on my upper eyelids has gone down, but there was no dramatic change. For people with very severe upper-eyelid puffiness, it might be better to get fat removal surgery or double eyelid surgery instead, and people with sausage eyes or swelling after double eyelid surgery will probably be satisfied.
