I had rhinoplasty over ten years ago, with silicone for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
I was doing fine for a while, but at some point I noticed that my nose had become a bit shorter.
It keeps bothering me.
If I just leave it alone, will it keep getting shorter? Is this contracture?
From the front, the silicone implant also looks a bit crooked (others don't notice unless I mention it),
so I'm thinking of replacing the silicone implant (same height) and just lowering the nasal tip a bit. What do you think? While I'm at it, maybe bring the columella down a bit too.
Even if I lower it, could it shorten again later?
I'm also scared that touching a nose that's otherwise okay might lead to worse complications, and my mind changes hundreds of times a day.
