The director gives brutally honest reality checks.. They answered all my questions until everything I was curious about was resolved, and explained things in detail, so it was really good. However, there is some pressure to pay a reservation deposit, and if you don't have surgery, the consultation is the last one, which was a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ Since it's a major surgery, I wish they would offer one more consultation..
