My double eyelid line developed a step-off difference (this never happened when I had it done somewhere else before), and it showed a little in photos and bothered me. Before even a month had passed, one side would occasionally come undone. The clinic said that if it looked okay when I opened my eyes firmly and straight ahead, then it was fine. But honestly, I thought that unless the double eyelid is actually interfering with the eye, isn’t it only natural for it to look okay when you open your eyes firmly? They said the side that occasionally came undone needed fat grafting. I felt fat grafting wasn’t really right, so I just had an AS revision by raising the line a little more. The step-off disappeared, and the line hasn’t come undone up to now haha
