I was left with so much scarring that another hospital asked whether he was really a specialist, and because of this and that issue, I had revision surgery twice, but the result was Most decisively, during the process of harvesting septal cartilage, a septal perforation occurred (a side effect caused 100% by lack of skill/a mistake; a hole was made in the septum in the upper part of the nose), but there was no mention of it at all, so I found out years later at another hospital ^.^
