In my early 20s, I had nose surgery with L-shaped silicone, and due to marriage and childbirth, the silicone on the bridge of my nose moved and I developed asymmetry on both sides and redness as side effects, so I had revision nose surgery 8 years ago. The surgery was called septal cartilage rhinoplasty, and after 8 years it has become very soft, just like my original nose, and the movement of the tip of my nose feels natural.
