Hello~ I had a slight dorsal hump shaved down, septal extension for the nasal tip, and alar reduction. On day 7, when the stitches were removed and the taping came off, the nasal bridge was smooth, but by week 2, a step-off formed between the nasal tip and the bridge. Since it appeared right when the swelling should be going down, I’m worried whether the shape will become even more indented like this or whether it will become smooth again once more swelling goes down I’m on day 18 now and the step-off is still there Has anyone had this happen like me and then become smooth again?
