Before/after/after. For my first surgery, I did it without using silicone, but my nasal tip dropped and it felt blunt, so I got AS at the same clinic, had silicone inserted, and got it done again! My nose may be the kind that’s hard to save, but I guess I was fearless too for getting it done again at the same place.. I’m still wondering whether I should touch up just my nostril wings again, but I’m worried it might become a pinched nose, so I’m not doing it again and am still thinking about it
