I decided on surgery because my square jaw was severe when seen from the side. I work, and because I wanted to be as unpuffed as possible, I found out about posterior-ear square jaw surgery. The recovery period was 3 days, I think? They said I could have surgery on Friday and go to work on Monday, so I went ahead with it right away. I only wanted to remove as much as possible, but the doctor stopped me, saying that would make me look too masculine. He said a little angle behind the ear had to remain for it to look natural and pretty. Since he was the doctor, he must have done many surgeries and seen many people, right? So I listened to him, and after the surgery it really turned out the way I wanted...
