The consultant came in first, then the director, then the consultant again, and the consultation proceeded like that. The consultant asked what surgical method I wanted, whether there were any surgeries I felt resistant to, and whether I had any reference photos. The director pinched my eyes a few times. He said ptosis correction would be good, but if not, that was fine too, and he did not really mention canthoplasty. Rather than having a lot of fat, my skin is thick. But since my inner double eyelids are quite pronounced, he said that the higher the line is set, the more I should take into account that the rear part of the double eyelid could become multiple folds. He recommended doing it with a lower line.
