First of all, the director looked very busy. It seems to be a common point mentioned in reviews, probably because there is only one director. Still, he was kind and answered all my questions in detail. He seemed to pursue a natural-looking nose, and there was absolutely no pressure for additional surgery. The consultant was kind and treated me well, with no pressure to make a reservation and kind answers to my questions. I liked everything so much that the low price actually made me hesitate.
