Has anyone had denting or hollowing at the outer corner of the eye after lateral canthoplasty because the periosteal fixation was done deeply/strongly? It looks dented even when I’m still, and when I smile it gets pinched and becomes completely sunken in. I searched, but there don’t seem to be many cases like this.. If the fixation stitch is released, will it go back? It’s been one month, and I had an incisional procedure, so would restoration surgery be possible within a month? Everyone seems reluctant to even give me a consultation. If anyone has had a case like this, please help me
