I'm writing again like this to keep a progress record. A lot of people ask for information by message or in the comments, but please understand that it's hard for me to reply to each one individuallyㅠㅠ I'll share the information while writing this Part 2 review.
I told Director Gu at DA that I wanted a full C to D cup, and he matched it as much as possible while considering my rib cage, so now I'm wearing a 75D to E cup.
I had 360 cc Motiva Demi implants placed, and it was done through an inframammary fold incision, not subfascial placement. I asked whether dual-plane was possible, but they said an inframammary incision would be sufficient, so I went with that. I wore a post-op bra for 1 month, and after that I wore a sports bra. Since it was an inframammary incision, I worried a lot about scars, but unless you look closely for them, they healed well.
During aftercare, the director recommended applying Remescar or Contractubex ointment, so I bought them and applied them consistently, and I think it helped with scar treatment! I alternated between the two, but consistently applying just one should be fine too, so if you're worried about scars, it might be good to try applying one.
At first my breasts felt firm and springy, but after more than a year, they don't look artificial and gather together well like real breasts. Since the director has more than 10 years of experience, I trusted him and had the surgery, and it was a choice I don't regret~ No matter which hospital you go to, there will be places that suit you and places that don't, but among those looking into breast surgery, I hope my review can be a useful sharing of information~:)
