The doctor explained how the surgery would be done and why it would be better to do it that way, so I liked that part. The price was 5.10 million won without implants, and with a model discount plus same-day booking it was 4.10 million won, but it was more expensive than other clinics… Also, I asked the consultant how many surgeries the doctor does per day, and she laughed really loudly, so I didn’t feel great about that. Maybe because I’m a minor lol Anyway, the doctor said septal cartilage, ear cartilage, lowering the columella, nasal bridge osteotomy? and hump correction. Also, no private insurance reimbursement.

I told them I have rhinitis, so I should have had a CT scan, but the front-desk staff got confused and I just went in. The doctor mentioned it, so I got the scan and went back in. They apologized and said they had been confused, so I felt okay about it. The doctor seemed to prioritize safety? They said my septal cartilage is not small, so they would use septal cartilage, and if it’s not enough, they would use ear cartilage. They also said they would not use so much that my nose would collapse. And because my nasal alar area? is large, they said they would do an osteotomy. I asked whether they wouldn’t do a nasal bridge osteotomy, and they said I’m still young so I don’t need it. Also, since I have a bulbous nose, they said if they do an osteotomy, the nasal bridge would look thinner, making the nasal tip/alar area look relatively bigger. I agree too… They also took photos and edited them in Photoshop, and I liked that part! Even when I asked questions, they explained well, and they complimented me, saying I was easy to communicate with and had studied a lot haha. This is my fourth clinic, but this was the only place that didn’t mention lowering the columella, so I asked why they wouldn’t do it. They said my midface is on the longer side, so doing it would make it look even longer, and if the nasal tip is raised, the columella comes down a bit, so they would only take out a very small amount. They said they can also correct the hump if I want. Here, if you leave a review or make a same-day booking, it’s 3.80 million won, and they said you can get about 700,000 won back through private insurance. Also, the consultant was pretty and kind, so I liked her. She was tall too.
