Donor costal cartilage + custom silicone is 8.8 million KRW including VAT, and 9.9 million KRW if changing to autologous costal cartilage. If you allow the hospital website to upload before-and-after surgery photos, they cover the VAT. The deposit just to set the date is 90,000 KRW (blood test for anesthesia allergy). When confirming the reservation, it's 10% of the surgery fee.
There is a 30,000 KRW consultation fee including CT, but you can compare the before-and-after shape with a virtual plastic surgery program!! It's pretty fascinating and fun, so I recommend visiting.
It seems like they will do their best to operate in the direction of the shape I want, and they said they will also touch the internal structure. The cost is much more burdensome than I expected, but overall, many parts matched the direction I had in mind, so I think I'll probably have surgery here.
