It was because I had sausage-like eyelids, so the plan was to lower the line. When I look at the photos from my first surgery, it was a total failure. Even at a glance, they were botched eyes;; What I regret so much about that time is that I didn’t research properly. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t even look at that clinic; For the revision surgery, I visited a lot of clinics. I kept checking whether the director was the meticulous type, and then I met a really good director and had the revision surgery, and it ended up being a huge success hehe For reference, my first surgery was done with an incision, and the revision surgery was also incisional. I also had ptosis correction done again. We lowered the line only enough so that the double eyelid would show when I open my eyes, and I was so nervous in case it left scars, but the director’s skill was good enough that I didn’t need to worry about that at all. She was a woman, and she was extremely delicate and precise. She said she only performs eye surgeries, and because she has a long career, she has a lot of experience doing revision surgeries on eyes like mine and even more severe cases. What I felt from her was that she was like my mom. It felt like, besides my biological mom, I had gained another person I could call mom. This got long as I was writing, but I hope everyone’s surgery succeeds! Don’t suffer and go through it twice like I did ㅠㅠ
