I had a bulbous nose surgery here 6 years ago. Before the surgery, they said my nose was soft and the septum looked weak, so they suggested using ear cartilage. I said okay. I had the surgery under local anesthesia, and for over 2 hours I could feel the skin of my nose being lifted, f**k.. But I think that's a plus, because it completely prevented any substitute surgery. Anyway, after the surgery the tip of my nose drooped and became an aquiline nose shape, and I later got diagnosed at another hospital with the suspicion that they had also used the septum...^^ My nasal support structure is bent.
