A low nose and bulbous nose were always my complexes, so I had non-open rhinoplasty using silicone and ear cartilage, raising it by 3.2 mm. It wasn’t 100%, but I lived satisfied with it, though I was always uncomfortable because of a foreign-body sensation, tightness, a hard nasal tip, rhinitis, and so on. A few months ago, something strange started showing at the nasal tip, so I went to the hospital where I had surgery and got a CT scan. They confirmed that the silicone had shifted downward, and the cartilage had also shifted downward. After hearing that I need revision surgery, the suffering began. During the first surgery, it hurt so much, so I wondered if I’d have to go through that pain again, whether I should do it again at the same hospital, and so on. Right now, I even feel like I want to remove it and just live like that. These past few days have been really hard.
