The director is firm. Some people might feel offended or think it’s rude, but personally, being told things firmly helped me choose a hospital for revision rhinoplasty. In the end, I didn’t have surgery here, but I was satisfied enough with the consultation that I even went back for a second consultation. The reason I didn’t have surgery here was that the director’s aesthetic itself favors a high nasal tip point and a somewhat upturned nasal tip, so to me it looked a little lifted. That’s why I didn’t have surgery, but I do recommend going for a consultation.
