It’s been a month since my nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, after before-before-before-after-after-after!!!! I really had so many worries and was so scared, so I’m a total chicken and worried a lot. I got fillers about ten years ago and had just left it like that until now, then through an acquaintance’s introduction I came to know Director Kim Hyun-ju, had a consultation, and!! I gathered the courage to decide on surgery.
I was really scared on the day of surgery. It hurt too, and for the first time, having both nostrils packed and breathing through my mouth was hard At ALU Plastic Surgery, they remove the packing the very next day. It felt so refreshing that even the headache went away, but I was still very worried. I slept sitting up and controlled what I ate, and from the second day I also walked around and worked hard to reduce the swelling. I went back to work on day 3!! Exactly one week later, I went to get the splint removed!! After taking off the splint I looked at my nose and it was really so pretty?! I didn’t not have an Avatar-like feeling, but compared with before,... and I thought, once the swelling between my brows goes down, it’ll be fine!!
I barely had any bruising either. Just a little around the eyes? The wound under my nose was honestly almost not noticeable at all!!!! I was amazed that I could recover this much in just one week, and everyone around me was surprised too. From the second week, I was shocked by how naturally different I looked, and the doctor took such good care of me that when I went to get the stitches removed in week 2, I even said he was like my second father.
It’s been a month now and I’m honestly fully recovered! I think the swelling at the tip of my nose is almost gone, and it’s so pretty I’m really, really satisfied ♥️ When I look at friends and acquaintances who had nose surgery, there are side effects too, so I heard a hundred times that you really have to do your first rhinoplasty well, and Director Kim really did such a clean, perfect surgery.
