My anterior cheek fat grafting went wrong, and I had overgrafting plus calcification symptoms, so while looking into removal, I heard BIO was famous for foreign-body removal and visited. I didn't feel that the staff were unfriendly, and the director was very honest. First, he said he couldn't remove the calcified areas himself. For the other overfilled fat areas, he said that if they were removed, my anterior cheeks would disappear and my face would likely look very flat, so it would be better not to remove them. Even though I kept saying I wanted them removed, he said he wouldn't do the surgery and gave me an almost 10-minute passionate lecture on why. I did have surgery at another hospital, and it went well! I liked that he honestly said he couldn't do it, and I was grateful that he explained the reasons in great detail.
