I had a consultation for a second revision eye surgery, and it took a very long time to get an appointment. In conclusion, they did not recommend surgery. So they did not charge a consultation fee either. I said I wanted to get rid of the bumpy scarring when I close my eyes, but they said there was no guarantee it would improve even with a second revision surgery, and that even they could not know whether my eyes would close or not, so they did not recommend surgery.
