First of all, even though I made an appointment before going, the waiting time was way too long. And I had a consultation with the manager, but the pressure and rushing were too much. I originally went thinking I would only get a lift, but they recommended other procedures too. I felt burdened throughout the consultation. The director has also appeared on TV, and after consulting with him in person, he seemed very professional. He explained my nose well and told me in detail how the surgery would be performed.
