I went for a fat grafting consultation, and the director was kind. They clearly drew the line between what can and can’t be done, and it seems they mainly use only fresh fat. Fresh fat has an additional cost, and you only need to pay the sedation anesthesia fee separately. Frozen fat is possible too. The hospital being small and disorganized is a downside. If I get fat grafting, I think I’ll do it here.
