Hehehehe, it has already been a month since my surgery. I had cartilage-tying surgery a long time ago, and after many years passed in that state, the tip of my nose started to look pinched, so I was worried about it. This time, I had revision rhinoplasty at a clinic.^^
Donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage were all used. After the surgery, my condition wasn’t good, so I struggled a bit, but now I’ve been taking the vitamins the clinic told me about, and I’m in a much better state.^^
When the splint was first removed, the swelling was severe, so I was really worried whether it would become thinner. I contacted the clinic several times, and every time I went to the clinic, I asked a lot whether this would really become thinner. Fortunately, as time passed, the swelling started to go down. There is still quite a lot of swelling left, but I was told that it is partly because my skin is quite thick. There’s nothing I can do about having thick skin.^^
Honestly, since I’m older, I do understand to some extent that recovery is slower.
The nasal tip is still slightly round and swollen, but compared with before surgery, the pinched feeling seems to have improved a lot. I can also see that the nostrils I was concerned about have improved.
There may be younger people here, but I think there are also people like me who have surgery after quite a long time has passed. As someone like that, and as one of the people who received help, I wrote this review for reference.^^
