When I was getting breast surgery, I got scared because a friend told me to choose the implants carefully and that if I made the wrong choice, capsular contracture could occur. So I didn't think about the feel or shape and just focused on playing it safe, choosing microtextured implants, which are said to have a lower chance of contracture. But after some time passed and I looked at them, they were raised up too much like a rice-bowl shape, and even when I brought my breasts together, they protruded upward so severely that it was very obvious I had breast surgery.
